Health Coaching

We all want to eat a healthier diet, have more energy, and heal faster from an illness. Sometimes all we’re missing is the right support and enough motivation.  That’s exactly what I provide as your health coach. 

Together, we will learn how to listen to your body, make mindful eating choices, and meet your nutritional needs. I draw from my knowledge of many different dietary theories to find ways that will leave you feeling happier and healthier.

Mindful Eating/MB-EAT Coaching

Are you interested in a non-diet approach to weight loss or looking to improve your relationship with food? I am a qualified instructor of the MB-EAT (Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Training) program. Based on NIH research, this program uses meditation and mindful eating exercises to give participants real life tools and tactics for understanding hunger, fullness, and satiety. Our coaching can be split into 6 or 12 week sessions.

A complimentary 30 minute phone session before the first meeting to discuss the program and your goals.
